I wanted to check in with all of you, We’re about to hit Q4, and if there’s one time of year when things truly take off, it’s now! Don't let the feeling unmotivated at this time of year. The moment you start making some sales, you start acting differently. The mindset will shift.
Do you remember the success of the Advent Calendar from last Christmas?
That’s when many students hit it big, and I have some fresh case studies showing what’s working right now. One of our students is already crushing it this year with a 1000-piece Puzzle Calendar, selling thousands and getting amazing ROAS!
And it’s not just that—how about Coach Sherzod, who pushed a 2025 Funny “Tired-Ass Women” Calendar last year and hit $100K per month? (We blur out the cuss word, of course 😅). This product is another example of how taking bold action can lead to incredible results.
What’s Working Right Now?
What’s been killing it for students lately is sourcing high-viewed video content from platforms like TikTok or Twitter, rather than using Facebook videos. When we take content from other platforms, it resonates better and often leads to higher ROAS. Facebook’s algorithm can spot when you’re using content from another Facebook user and will downplay the quality, so let’s get creative with where we source!
What Products Are We Testing Next?
- Galaxy Projector Guitar: This one is 🔥 right now. It comes with a remote control, and it’s been doing wonders for engagement and conversions.
- Kids Frames: Still crushing it—consistently one of the best-selling items we’ve got in play.
Sourcing Strategy – Let’s Keep It Simple and Affordable
When it comes to fulfilling orders, here’s how we roll:
- Aliexpress: We might use it for immediate orders right after a launch, but that’s just temporary.
- Eprolo & USA Drop: These are your go-to suppliers once you get rolling. You get agents assigned to you and start negotiating lower prices. Remember, when you’re under my wing, you’ll have the leverage to work out a super low deal.
- Have WhatsApp or Skype ready to communicate with your supplier agents and negotiate better prices over time. Let’s make sure AliExpress is just for emergencies!
Both Eprolo and USA Drop are free to install, and they’re game-changers for getting better deals than AliExpress in the long term.
Ad Strategies – Keeping It Lean
We’ll start slow and steady. Don’t worry about burning your budget—we’ll set up automatic rules in your ad account to turn off any ad that’s:
- Over $3.00 CPC
- Or spent $50 with no sales.
This way, you won’t have to watch your ads all day long—it’s automated, and you’re protected from wasting money.
